via Google“Vuurplaats en toilet, beschut en ruim opgezet. Niet volledig stil snachts met omwonende honden die elkaar wakker houden en in de verte verkeer. Verder prima plekje langs de wanderoute”
“Fantastische plek. Let op: er is geen speciaal barbecuegebied (en open vuur is verboden) => ga naar de barbecueplaats van Ry Fromant, die is gratis (tot 22:00 uur).”

“Heel mooi en rustig gelegen plaats . het is wel op een kleine helling waardoor je een beetje scheef slaapt. Er is een droge wc aanwezig (niet de properste)”
“Ruime ruimte, ver genoeg van de hoofdwegen, dus geen lawaai. Vlak terrein geschikt voor tenten en voldoende bomen voor hangmatten. De vuilnisbakken waren niet geleegd toen ik er was, en sinds juli 2024 is het verboden om vuur te maken... een groot nadeel voor zo'n mooi gebied.”
