“Aangekomen om 16:00 uur, waren de toiletten niet schoon, de douches evenmin. Toen we om 10:30 uur aankwamen, was er nog steeds geen douche beschikbaar en waren de toiletten net zo vies. Een schande! Zorg er echt voor dat jullie schoonmaakmiddelen (Chamain) op orde zijn.”
