What's the difference between KOA Journey, Holiday and Resort?

Journey campgrounds are conveniently located off the highway for an overnight stop. Holiday campgrounds are set up for a longer stay with more amenities. Resort campgrounds offer the full vacation experience with dining, activities and extra facilities.

Can you stay at a KOA with a tent or only with an RV?

Both. KOA campgrounds have tent sites as well as RV sites with hookups, plus rental cabins (Kamping Kabins) for those arriving without their own gear.
