via Google“Dit is een eenvoudige camping. Reserveringen moeten online worden gemaakt. Het tankstation is gesloten (16 september) en er zijn alleen mobiele toiletten beschikbaar. De toiletten zijn gesloten. Geweldige plek op een fantastische locatie bij de oostelijke ingang van de Grand Can…”
“Zelfs zonder water in het hele Grand Canyon National Park is de camping erg rustig en vredig. De campingbeheerder is super aardig en behulpzaam. Gemakkelijke toegang tot de omgeving om deze prachtige canyon te verkennen en te bewandelen.”
“Een erg fijne en makkelijke camping. We kwamen er na zonsondergang aan, midden in een storm, op de motor. We konden snel onze spullen installeren en het onweer en de bliksem daarna waren erg gaaf. De camping ligt op loopafstand van het uitzichtpunt.”
“Elken op het kamp - vriendelijk en prachtig. Dit, plus een ontbijt met het mooiste uitzicht op de zonsopgang ooit. Ook een geweldige ranger die de perfecte plek voor zonsondergang/zonsopgang aanbeval.”
“Deze camping was ronduit PERFECT! Ik raad plekken 28-30 aan, die liggen aan de achterkant van de camping, hebben schone toiletten en liggen op korte loopafstand van het mooiste uitzicht op de South Rim. Ik kom zeker terug!”
